TURNKEY INJECTION MOLDING SOLUTIONS

One production target. One coordinated molding-cell scope.

Geerpower connects the new machine, mold interfaces, automation, material handling, cooling, utilities, trial and delivery requirements around the buyer's real product and output target.

No finished specification required. Send what is available and the missing decision inputs will be identified.

TURNKEY DECISION FLOW

Build the whole project scope first, then define the machine mix.

This reduces repeated clarifications and protects the buyer from fragmented quotes. The route stays practical: objective, modules, then evidence-ready commitment.

01

Confirm production objective

Define what the buyer must deliver at the line level.

Record part family, tolerance, output target, shift plan and acceptance quality before tool-and-machine planning.

Continue this route
02

Build integrated scope

Assemble machine, mold interfaces, auxiliaries and delivery boundary.

A project-safe scope includes utilities, automation needs, handling sequence, trial window and handover plan.

Continue this route
03

Lock responsibility and risk

Define exclusions, included items and decision ownership.

Hidden integration points are reduced when open questions are assigned and accepted up front.

Decision-ready output

Outcome qualityOne scope from production to delivery

Machine, automation, trial, packing and after-shipment support are planned together.

Decision confidenceReduced hidden assumptions

Responsibility mapping prevents misunderstandings on costs, timelines and standards.

Execution paceBetter first-call conversion

Clear project checklist shortens the gap between inquiry and technical quotation.

DECISION METRICS

How we close project ambiguity before proposal stage.

01

Inquiry-to-SOW in 48–96 hours

Project boundary, responsibilities and scope assumptions are aligned in one review pass.

02

3 risk gates before quotation

Application fit, module boundary and acceptance evidence are checked before pricing.

03

Execution order clarified early

Utilities, trial timing and handover dependencies are made explicit before PO-level discussion.

TURNKEY FAQ

Reduce the first meeting friction.

Can we start from an existing mold and later replace parts?

Yes. Turnkey review starts with the existing mold context, then checks interface risks and planned retrofit scope where feasible.

Do you provide after-sales support if we start with turnkey only?

Turnkey scope defines support checkpoints by contract. We specify what is included and what requires buyer-side confirmation.

Can one project include partial delivery in phases?

Yes. A phased rollout can be set as an explicit execution plan if factory readiness, budget and timeline allow.

01

Coordinated scope

One project boundary across the machine, mold interfaces, automation, auxiliaries and factory utilities.

02

Open-point register

Missing technical, commercial and site inputs listed before they become delivery-stage problems.

03

Acceptance basis

The evidence, test conditions and responsibilities to confirm before final commercial commitment.

PRODUCTION-CELL SCOPE

Six interfaces planned as one project.

The scope is built from the product and process—not from a generic equipment bundle. Exact selections remain subject to the approved application data.

01

New machine

A GEERPOWER hydraulic or all-electric machine configured from the part, mold, process and output target.

02

Mold interface

Clamp, shot, mold space, movements, cooling and process interfaces reviewed from available mold data.

03

Automation

Robot or picker, part handling, conveyor and downstream interfaces organized around the required workflow.

04

Material & cooling

Drying, loading, temperature control, chiller and water requirements defined for the selected process.

05

Factory utilities

Voltage, frequency, air, water, floor space, layout and connection responsibilities made visible.

06

Trial & handover

Acceptance inputs, available test evidence, packing, documents, training and support boundaries recorded.

RESPONSIBILITY BOUNDARY

Make every project interface visible before order confirmation.

A turnkey offer becomes useful when the buyer and supplier can see who provides each input, what evidence is required and which open points can still change the scope.

Product & process

Buyer provides the product, resin, quality target and output requirement; Geerpower structures the remaining questions.

Mold & machine fit

Available mold data is reviewed against the proposed machine; final compatibility follows confirmed drawings and configuration.

Cell equipment

Geerpower organizes the proposed equipment interfaces; exact models and capacities follow the approved project scope.

Factory readiness

Buyer confirms site utilities and layout constraints; Geerpower identifies the connection data required for the proposed cell.

Trial & delivery

Both parties agree the test evidence, packing, documents, destination and handover boundary before order confirmation.

PROJECT WORKFLOW

From application inputs to an acceptance-ready scope.

01

Define the product

Share the part, resin, mold and quality requirements.

02

Match the cell

Review machine route, auxiliaries, automation and utilities.

03

Close open points

Confirm technical evidence, inclusions, exclusions and responsibilities.

04

Prepare acceptance

Align trial basis, packing, documentation, delivery and handover.

EVIDENCE-LED DELIVERY

Agree what will be checked—not just what will be supplied.

Machine and component identity, configuration records, available inspection photos or videos, agreed trial conditions, packing evidence and delivery documents should be tied to the confirmed commercial scope.

TURNKEY PROJECT FAQ

Clear answers before quotation.

What is included in a turnkey injection molding solution?

The possible scope includes a new GEERPOWER machine, mold-interface review, robot or picker, material drying and loading, cooling and temperature control, conveyor, utilities, trial planning, packing, documentation and handover. The final inclusion list is project-specific.

What information is needed before a turnkey quotation?

Start with the product drawing or photo, resin, part and runner weight, mold dimensions and cavity count, target cycle or output, voltage, destination and known automation requirements. Missing inputs can be recorded during the first review.

Can Geerpower recommend hydraulic or all-electric equipment for the same project?

Yes. The two routes can be compared against the application, mold, process expectations, utilities, investment boundary and acceptance requirements. A recommendation is confirmed only after the relevant inputs are reviewed.

Does submitting a project brief confirm price, cycle time or delivery?

No. The brief starts the technical and commercial review. Price, performance, timing, acceptance results and delivery are confirmed only against the approved configuration, scope and supporting evidence.

REQUEST A TURNKEY PROJECT REVIEW

Start with the product, mold and output target.

Attach available drawings, photos or mold files. Geerpower will organize the machine, cell and delivery questions before a final scope or quotation is confirmed.
