PREPARE THE BRIEF

Useful inputs reduce the risk of comparing the wrong machines.

You do not need a finished specification to start. Provide what is available and make missing information visible.

ESSENTIAL TO START

Describe the application.

  • Product photo, drawing or a clear description
  • Material or resin grade when known
  • Finished-part and runner weight
  • Mold dimensions, cavity count and current mold status
  • Target output and destination market
USEFUL WHEN AVAILABLE

Clarify the production context.

  • Current machine and the problem you want to solve
  • Target cycle time or daily production plan
  • Factory voltage, frequency and available utilities
  • Robot, dryer, loader, chiller and conveyor requirements
  • Budget stage, timing and preferred equipment route

WHAT THE REVIEW CLARIFIES

Turn an equipment request into a decision-ready project brief.

01

Completeness check

Identify the missing product, mold, factory or delivery information that could change machine selection.

02

New-machine configuration

Define the GEERPOWER machine configuration only after the application inputs are clear.

03

Production-cell scope

Organize machine, mold, robot, material handling, cooling, utilities and delivery interfaces.

04

Evidence plan

Define which specifications, photos, running videos, inspection points or trials still need confirmation.

SUBMIT THE PROJECT BRIEF

Attach the product or mold evidence you already have.

Product photos, drawings, mold files and factory information can be attached. The review does not confirm configuration, price or delivery until the relevant technical and project inputs are checked.

  1. 1. CompletenessMissing decision inputs are identified.
  2. 2. MatchingRelevant machine and cell routes are reviewed.
  3. 3. ConfirmationRequired specifications and evidence are made clear.

PROJECT REVIEW FAQ

Before you submit.

What is the minimum information needed to start an injection molding machine RFQ?

Start with the product, resin, finished-part and runner weight, mold dimensions, cavity count, target output, factory voltage and destination. If some data is unavailable, attach the product or mold information you already have and identify the missing items.

Can Geerpower review an existing mold before recommending a machine?

Yes. Mold dimensions, weight, tie-bar and platen requirements, shot requirement, runner, cooling and interface information are useful inputs. Final compatibility must be confirmed against the selected machine configuration and actual mold data.

Does submitting this form confirm a machine, price or delivery date?

No. The form creates a project brief for review. A machine, commercial quotation, availability and delivery scope are confirmed only after the relevant technical and equipment evidence has been checked.
