01

Flexible product range

Balance the current mold requirement with realistic future product and material changes.

02

Stable appearance

Organize the molding, cooling, ejection and handling questions behind visible part quality.

03

Practical investment

Choose a configured GEERPOWER new machine or a complete turnkey cell on the same project basis.

ENGINEERING INPUTS

Four checks before a machine route is recommended.

These inputs make the inquiry quotable and reveal the mold, auxiliary, utility and evidence interfaces behind the project.

01

Part & resin

Geometry, material, color, weight, surface expectation and any recycled-material plan.

02

Mold data

Dimensions, cavity, runner, cooling, ejection, hot runner and current mold status.

03

Output plan

Cycle target, hourly demand, shifts, product changes and operator arrangement.

Packing, export documentation, handover information and support scope.

PROJECT FAQ

Questions buyers ask before the RFQ.

Can one machine cover several household products?

Possibly, but each mold and resin still needs to fit the clamp, shot, platen, opening and process window of the selected machine.

Do you recommend machine-only or turnkey delivery?

The scope depends on the product, mold, output, factory interfaces and delivery plan. Both scopes can be defined in the project review.

Can auxiliaries be included?

Yes. Drying, loading, cooling, removal and conveying can be included when required by the production plan.
